Educational publishing
A familiar brand.
A stronger foundation.
Digital development and ongoing care for an established South African educational publisher.

The context
Preserve what belongs to the publisher.
For an established publisher, a new digital foundation must respect what teachers and schools already recognise. Books, language and practical ordering information need to remain central.
The existing identity, workbook artwork and visual character are retained. The studio’s work focuses on the migration, catalogue experience and the development of school-ordering workflows.

Original workbook artwork belongs to Briljante Boeke. Preserving a familiar identity is part of the work.
In the details
Practical detail behind the presentation.
Catalogue content and ordering development are shaped around the publisher’s work. New ordering capabilities are developed separately from the public catalogue; this case study does not imply that every ordering or payment feature is live.
